So apparently the searchlight is bugged
Some squads were always displayed on the tactical map and the minimap

PS: the title is for those who desperately wished for such a threat^^

Even before that bug the thing was amazing in big team games.

Nice find Chiro, lets add it to the big list of bugs that desperately need fixing.

I honestly think it's stupid that it's 0 fuel. Make it 10 or 15, since it can sight entirely on maps like Kharkov, and killing it isn't a loss in any substantial way

It's 0 fuel because it's on a faction that is starved of fuel. Nobody bought it when it cost fuel unless it was a 3v3 or larger, and rarely on 2v2. Removing the fuel cost makes it accessible, because OKW is only going to spend fuel on things that can attack.

The point is, a minor cost of something like 10 guel makes the unit not as expendable as it currently is for free. As it stands, the uhu doesn't reward the opponent for killing it.

People generally dont like spending fuel on something that sits around and takes up popcap. Besides, its barely a nuisance. And OKW will need it for the future...

Well, 200MP 0F is definetly too cheap. Kepp fuel at 0 but increase MP to 450 so it's MP investmenet, and it's worth that amount for what it does.

On maps like Crossing, it's so damn powerful. You gain intel all the time and everywhere.

love the cry from allies fanboys.....lol when a unit is made decent and viable again they are op because they can't just deal with it.....rather than coming up with a plan strategy they demand relic to nerf it....just like CAS

What if I told you that IR halftruck isn't supposed to display permanently where units are, but only when they are in the cone of searchlight and its currently pointed on the sweep?

We all know its a bug stated several times above...we know it's going to be fixed.....still their is talk of nerf.....so yeah go figure

btw you don't recieve 10 or 15 fuel, it's only 5 fuel, i don't see why people always precieve that okw get mass amount of fuel from a wreck when they really don't get much at all, on top of that if you don't destroy the wrecks then your pretty noob to even let okw salvage.

That's a pretty strange bug, I wonder what would have caused it.
As for the cost I think it's pretty ok. Maybe 225/250mp?
