I'm surprised no one is talking about the new mortar suppression. That has to be the biggest change to the game. Hope it's a good one.
I didn't see anything about mortars suppressing, just ISG and Pack Howie...

And no buff to suppression units? Well 70% of what I wanted to see is in there. I am pretty happy. Still want a Stuart buff and the Flampanzerwagen to be viable again. And of course the call in meta.
Note the changes to the MG42 accuracy at far range. It is nearly double. That is going to make the MG42 suppress a lot better at far range so infantry can't just run up to grenade range.

Accuracy doesn't affect suppression AFAIK. That's why people use the RoF bulletins for MG42s if they want it to suppress faster.

In CoH1, even the 240MP mortars dished out supression if they landed on top of a squad. It did not make the game any worse.
Massive supression radius for howitzer impacts and maybe even mortar strikes would do wonders for the blob meta.

Considering the large number of bounces the IS2 currently produces, and the fact that it is being shot by Tanks and AT guns with superior penetration, I suspect the KT will still manage fine unless the Jackson turns out to be OP.
A vetted Jackson pens now a KT with nearly 100 %. Thus it's really risky to get a KT, when you know Jacksons are on the field. I think 2 Panthers or Panther & JP4 will be better choice.
No Clue why Skillplanes were left unchanged.

Overall:
Fewer squad wipes, but fewer squad wipes needed because blobbing is more discouraged.
OKW have been nerfed, but the things nerfed are the things that needed nerfing (Volks and Obers)
USF: Net gain as Jacksons will be reliable rather than bouncy bouncy all the time
Artillery gets some improvement
Soviets:
B4 was already endangered by CAS, we'll see what happens to it now
Guards look like they may actually be useful again
Wehrmacht:
May get indirect buff via Jackson change, but not a lot for them here.
Slight buffs to snipers and 222s, MG42s now better
Blitz nerf also affects them

With the nerf to AA truck, will the Sov's supply drop get through now ?
OKW aggressive truck placement seem to be harder now ? Will it be more vulnerable will it setup ?

Why the hell is the KT going to have almost double the cost of an IS2 while having the exact same armor as it.
It still has higher health and twice the damage.
