Same reply: wait and see ;)

Did you see the reply today from the former Balance designer?

Did he say something today. Where?

They could at least post the notes for us, couldn't they?

Hey guys, chill out. Please remember COH1 when it wasn't on steam. They would issue 2 patches a year....
1. Fixing bugs patches should be the priority. Having balance in a game full of bugs is like having a Lamborghini Diablo with an 1,3 liter engine.
2. Personally I don't thing that huge balance changes should take place. There are a number of things that need fixing, most of them at german factions (ostheer to shitty, okw to strong) and maybe USF will need a touch too.

Problem if they post notes early is that people start speculating and jump to the wrong conclusions.

People also do that if they don't post patch notes

They don't want people to argue about something they don't know about.

Because THAT never happened before in coh2 community like, ever.

someone is breaking the NDA out there :

As a matter of fact, a lot of bug fixes with the upcoming patch were done by reading Romeo's trello board, and those bugs with most of the upvotes there, and what of the proper staff was available atm.

...

Nowadays regarding CoH2 I'm more active in the testing version, that's how I know the stuff.

Now I'm wondering if they knew about those issues and just said that in most cases it's similar to Romeo's trello OR they got knowledge about bugs/problems from Trello.

Second option is very disturbing.

Also, please remember Dune 2, it didn't even have multiple unit selection, so why should CoH2 be any different, amirite?

My point is, it is 2015. Players are often viewed as entitled, but it is completely fair to expect a company to support their product with patches. If they don't want to, that is also cool, but then I don't want to hear how excited they are OVER and OVER again.

Either patch the game and (dare one hope) interact with the community, or kindly tell the said community to garden off so we know where we stand.

Why is that disturbing? Wasn't the whole idea of starting the Trello to help the devs find bugs and to rate the bugs so the devs knew which ones were the most game breaking?

If the devs actually look at the trello and fix the stuff we want them to fix, that can't be a bad thing, can it?

On the contrary I think that'd be great! The trello is a good resource, I can only hope that Relic utilizes it.
