120 mm is fine the soviets need stronger support weapons as their baseline squads cannot be upgraded.

120 MM is not the only thing whiping squads this patch. Scott is on a Rampage, Rnade is acting like the Pre nerf Precision Strike, Stuka is murdering things left and right, The Pack Howi is actually killing things (OMG!) even the ISG is whiping squads. This is the patch not the units. All AOE needs to be reworked due to the infantry clumping. The 120 MM is far from OP.

Its funny that its been in this very same state for months and months and only in this patch has someone opened a thread claiming OP. Coincidence?

yeah everything's wiping squads now a days. as for the 120 specifically the only real way i've seen to deal with it is by finding a way to get a unit close enough to take it out. German indirect just can't compete except for maybe the stuka.

Precision shot is questionable since it enables the same stupid "spend munitions for uncounterable squadwipe" mechanic, apart from that it is ok though - it is quite expensive, and at its pricetag it has to be tangibly superior to the 82mm....
