Luchs dps is fine, but it has more hp than the other light tanks, which is an extrem advantage, specially given the crap handheld AT options and teching requirements for atguns of ally factions.

Well, it's very clear that the luchs is overperforming when compared to other light tanks. The question is if the luchs is underperforming or t-70 and stuart UP.

But this is such a minor ballance issue that it doesn't matter at all right now.

T70 is fine, especially with Vet and some micro. The recon mode is one of the best vet abilities in the game.

Stuart though, i dunno. Never understood what i would need it for at the time i could get one, maybe some decent USF player can enlighten me.

Omg. Thing is so powerful against inf.

Recon mode is not vet ability.

Point capture(which actually does make sense on this tank) is.

Personally I think the Stuart could be fine with 400 health, the T-70 is fine with what it has but an increase to 400 at Vet 2 would be rewarding. Both could use a minor cost decrease.

Remember that people here play 4v4 and others 1v1 so performance of things like the T70 vary a lot.

US needs 80 fuel for paks with double bazooka officer
OkW needs 80 + 60 fuel
SU can build packs anyway

maybe it wasnt a smart decision to move the luchs to the flak truck after all. now t3 is a nobrainer with 3 superb units to built. on the other hand who would want a luchs in t1/2. nobody, i guess

(...)T70. It is just as good at killing infantry as the Luchs is.

o_O
When was the last time you played the game and seen luchs and t70 in action?
Imo Luchs outperforms EVERY direct-fire AI vehicle, except ISU (considering its long reload, even IS2 will do worse than luchs if it won't manage to score a lucky one-shot wipe)
Also, Luchs makes Ostwind look like he is his bigger, retarded brother. :D

Could you imagine the rage at the 5 minute Luchs instead of the 5 minute Puma? Oh boy.

Because having Luchs in 4th minute wasn't a bad idea?

The Luchs is a beast and can rip through inf. the way an Oswind do it.
This unit is in need of to be tone down a bit for sure, but OKW need to get something in return to keep its strength overall balanced.

The nerf also need to be intelligent so players will still like to play with it, it must keep is usefulness.

A bad example of nerf is the ISU-152, cause nobody use it now with real success...Why ? It price is too high for its usefulness, others unit do the same job now at a lesser cost. (and yes a nerf was needed , but a more thoughtful one.)

With bad nerfs, we all suffer from the lack of gameplay's variety it bring. (a.k.a the same unit are always used over and over)

My 2 cents.
