The PTRS's are fine as they are. Whenever i'm up against Guard Infantry, I always have to be careful with my vehicles or the Guards will completely destroy them. Good range, good damage and fairly cheap; if anything, the PTRS should nerfed since it's ridiculously good for the price. Even in the hands of Conscripts, the PTRS's are extremely potent.

At first I was like; yay hype, but as I read these comments (Call-in meta, shreck blobs, no new things, ...) it's indeed pretty sad that this is the big december patch.

Much wow Relic. What about the Idiotic call-in meta that was being "worked on"? Volks /w Schrek blobs? What a let down.
Presumably the MP balance patch will be accompanied by a stream from Relic. Hopefully this isn't it, although it would be nice if Relic would tell us things like that and not leave us to guess. This looks like it's a bunch of fixes for AA and a couple of bugfixes.
I'm glad for the tweaks to observer mode and hopefully the performance changes will make a noticeable difference.

According to reliable source (nigo) balance patch is incoming next week.
However I'm glad for some performance improvements for a while as well.

I don't know who he is (nobody does), maybe he is a second account of some Relic worker, somehow he manages to deliver every piece of news before Relic to coh2.org.
