Really? First they lower the price after release down to 36.99 and then they sell our precious Pre order gift immediately. Not even waiting a few days?
Thats kind of a Dick move! We take risks by preordering and the only thing we now get from it is that we payed 1 euro (!!OMG!!) less than people afterwards... Meh

that's why you don't pre order. Even the fact that they are already selling DLC content on top of a -ridiculously overpriced- DLC says a lot.

well we didn't technically looose anything. we knew we would pay more to get access to it as soon as it comes out. we just thought the pre order bonus would be more than just a buck.

So You paid 39,99 for pre-order (10h single player content...) to get free Rangers Company.
Turns out that the price is 36,99 and Rangers 3,99 so you saved 99c, right?

You can already choose Fox Co. Rangers as one of 3 available for the campaign. Does this modify only the AA Rangers capability in campaign mode?
or
Is this a MP commander?

I think it is the former and NOT the latter. The description from the above link is ambiguous.

Has anyone purchased it and found out how/in what way it is used???

pre-ordering sucks. Most of the time it does not benefit the customer.

I just don't understand the psychology of people who pre-order things. The way it works is this: company releases awesome stuff; people support company by buying because it's awesome.

The idea of pre-ordering is that you're willing to pay for something irrespective of how much you end up liking it. That doesn't sound like a useful incentive to me.

I do not agree with that. If you "pre order" a car fx are you okay with it if it sucks? Companys offer the pre order to be sure to sell something, for that reason they offer you some exclusive extras. it has been like that for ages. I dont think the majority of the gamers of CoH2 are totally invested in helping the company. Pre order has always been for the exclusive content, and i could have accepted it if they had released it some months later, but not on the same day, for practically the same price!
