Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

The problem is that I think does not work or this dont affect my stats.

Example.

I havent played 1v1 games for 2 weeks and my stats (rank) are in the same position.

Maybe your ELO is so high it hasn't decayed enough yet

Maybe it only happens when you dont play the game at all ?
Or the gamemode at least

Maybe all the people around you are also not playing so they decay at the same rate and nobody moves

Haven't played 1v1s for about a month or more, rank decayed from 60 odd to 90+ as USF and <100 to ~150+ as all the other factions, so yeah it seems to be working for me... unfortunately.
