Fixed soviet weapon teams not getting received accuracy mods in recent hotfix
Button does in fact get 1.56 reload mods; there are two 1.25 mods that get applied
Vehicle stun is still 5 seconds, We made a unique critical that just the Stuart uses

The rest of Cruzz's post is fair game.

Yes, that stun critical in question is no longer used by Ostheer units apparently. I do hate all these trash files in the stats at this point, need to crawl through 20 files to check what is actually used instead of relying on the naming scheme. BTW. you didn't change the Stuart's critical to the new one that you made.

I noticed the repeat on the button code, thought it wouldn't apply both at once. But looking at the Button code a bit closer now, the first set of weapon reload + hardpoint disables is set to duration 0f while the second set has a proper duration 10f, so does the first reload (and thus the full 56%) actually get applied despite the zero duration?

PQ said in another post, that the rifleman does not come with this new change in VET. I know if this is not true

Also not sure if it's a bug but vehicles/weapons can't be recrewed by a suppressed unit. It's quite annoying to be honest.

Pfff...if it's true it's so unfair. Raketenwerfer is struggling hard to be usefull and now it received a tone down with this ninja change. What it needed was a buff in my opinion. Allrighty, now I realy want caches for OKW too.

Well...the hotfix fixed the soviet weapon crews. And also added 25% received accuracy to ZiS and the miniatgun, which they never had before. Hooray.

There's a weird piece of code in the Ostwind dispatch for OKW which apparently reduces the manpower cost of the Ostwind callin by 20% if you have the healing truck up. Someone should check if that actually works though. It should be 224 manpower if you have the heal truck built.

Okay guys, here's my theory on this one.

Relic were experimenting with teching up reducing the cost of call-in units, they removed all this before the patch but left this particular line of code in my mistake.

Maybe it's a case of 'Build T1/2 get 20% off call in price. Build T3/4 get an additional X% off call in price'.

A possible way to encourage teching while still keeping call ins viable and attractive?

Except some units can still recrew weapons while suppressed while others can't. Guess it's a bug then.

Really? So now the Zis gun is poor in terms of AT when compared to Pak and just as vulnerable to small arms fire? 6 man squad only helps against explosives but the gun blows up in 3 hits from a tiger/ktiger so it doesn't matter how many are crewing it. I don't even care about the doctrinal 45mm as no one uses that seriously...

As far as I know, the ZiS should always have had the same incoming small arms modifier as all other Support Teams.

Pretty shocking if it really hasn't for this entire time, until now.

Logic slap:

If all other AT guns never had it, its not logical for sov ones to have it.

Also proves(again) that you don't really know as much as you think you do, but that is a common case with posters as vocal as you.

So you think that the barrage ability alone was supposed to make up for the absolutely horrid fire rate and worse penetration than on the pak40 despite facing more mobile and much stronger armored units?

Good fucking lord.

They didn't have it before, but if the pak now has that penalty it will die to a stiff breeze lol!
