I just realized that the Jaeger infantry squads that were leaked a while ago were probably the design inspiration or base for Panzerfusiliers/Pathfinders


Jaegers aren't dead yet! They have their own symbol and voices now, that's late-development stuff. That stuff wouldn't have been added if they didn't have serious plans. Expect them in the future.

First OKW building can serve as a healing and retreat FHQ, and the resource conversion truck can serve as a repair bay. Tanks crowding one point, infantry at the other. Nice being
self sufficient. Wonder how useful the base flak is...

Soviet Industry isn't even good anymore, due to gameplay changes. Industry was designed for a time when Tanks mostly cost fuel with little manpower cost. Now they cost a good portion of both, but the manpower penalty still exists. All it results in is you starving for manpower, floating in fuel, and not being able to afford tanks anyway because they cost 70 more manpower than they used to.

I still end up with 2 m5 quadmounts by the time Germans get one 222, and i get a t34 2 minutes after. You have to be extremely manpower conservative, and if you lose any land, your quadmounts will gain it back as the enemy will auto retreat everything he has.

They likely have the panther out already by then or the lynx. basically you have to understand that is that the okw reaches the ostheer/soviet tier 3/4 within 4 minutes. only thing preventing them from becoming op is their fuel income.

Yeah the Luchs is a tank, so hopefully that means it's bullet-proof.

T-70 > Luchs though, so if he rushes for that you're still in deep.

You do realize the blog post shows that the order of the trucks are now different, so who knows where that panther is now. Anyways, soviets have easy access to AT guns to stop any early armor.

"Panzerschrecks" Volks can only have one each, they cost a bit, and my quadmounts will chew them up. They can have mines OR panzerschrecks at the time i make my fast armor rush. But that depends on how much mines cost, and their performance against vehicles. AT guns scare pumas easy. My build order is flexible enough to replace for a ZiS-3.
