I think we should do more bear outreach programs designed at raising some cubs. The purpose of finding new cubs that are just getting into COH2 and raising them as our own.

Requirements:

1. Cool and over age 18
2. Wants good games
3. Good winner or loser

Format:
2v2 or 4v4 in house games, split between Bears and new cubs. Gives a chance for cubs to learn the ropes from mentors, and everyone gets some good games. Play public if you want, but intent is in-house games.

Edit: I keep seeing threads here or on reddit of shitty match making and potential cubs getting crushed. We can try to help with this program, and get more people to stick to COH2.

We are always recruiting. The Bear minimum is the Bear minimum though. I'm afraid if you aren't of age you won't be a good fit for us. Have you look at Southern Boys? I hear they are pretty elite and top notch posters.
