How the hell did you test that so fast? And how many times and in different scenarios? Seems a bit early to make judgements.

After a 1v1 with friend his sherman was blown up and my P4 still stood with 25% hp.
Sherman is decent, but P4 is better and cheaper.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

must of been a RNG gods blessing. In my game it decimates the PZ IV

I think it has a high rate of fire. If it gets close to or flanks the P4, it has a much better advantage.

So you mean its similar to the past if you replace PzIV with T-34/76 and Sherman with the PZ IV?

No wonder americans won the war if shermans were this good
...Feels pointless to make T3 against them especially with how the StuGs got changed. Shermans are old T34/85s on steroids without the ram.

ATGs are a great counter to armor now, as they should be. Also its a little to early to make judgements on the game w/o enough context. Lets play more and then decided how we feel.

The one game I used it I was chasing a Pz4 getting all rear armor shots while he was hitting my frontal armor and I won with about 60% hp left. So a tank that is doctrinal, slightly more costly, and getting rear armor shots is about twice as effective- sounds fair to me. I think the biggest problem is the fact that the Pz4 is so inaccurate vs infantry and even though supposedly its a multi role tank in reality its only a moderate AT platform.

What I have seen so far is that the Sherman is seriously awesome. Strong against Infantry and Tanks aswell. Haven't seen its performance against heavier tanks yet though.
EDIT: It actually penetrates the front armor of a Tiger pretty well.
