HAMMERS AND NAILS LADIES, HAMMERS AND NAILS
why do i have a feeling you're the type to do a all engineer build order even if they sucked ass
i'm almost 100% sure that they're engies. why?
4 man squad.
Those are definetly engineers. This is a picture of the 9th engineers, odds are they gave them coats to look unique.
Also the guns they were using seemed way too small to be rifles. At first I though they might be using grease guns, but they were all only firing one shot at a time. I think the engineers are armed with Colt M1911 pistols. It would definetly make them more unique.

i disagree, they're using a rifle. check the trailer again. it's defs not a pistol. i'm thinking m1 carbine.

If this is later in the trailer, odds are those are just the pios we already have. The infantry the russians where fighting when the americans came to help were Ostheer troops.
No, the Ostheer pios don't have ankle boots.

Aww, but they're wearing the brown winter coats in the summer, that makes no sense. C'mon Relic, if this is true then that's pretty dumb. There were/are other ways of making engineers stand out without giving them winter coats.
And btw a lot of US infantrymen wore those coats during winter, not just engineers.

I'm pretty sure they used the coats in more then just winter, but they are iconic for it. Remember that relic needs to make the troops easy to identify so they often wont have completely accurate uniforms. It's why shocks have armor even though it was engineers that had them, and all guards wear capes.

Well no, those wool coats were designed for winter. In the summer US soldiers wore HBT jackets/pants, the M41 jackets and the wool trousers.
And I've never heard of wool coats being iconic for engineers.

Yeah that's a lot clearer then the stuff I was looking at. Those are carbines.
US Armored Calvary/Recon operators were all equipped with m1 Carbines instead of garands.

They also lack the pistol holster on their front and the 2 bags on their sides.

Well I don't think you can blame me for getting them mixed up. They look very similiar.
