Improved unit responsiveness to player commands as squads will no longer wait for a transition animation to finish before carrying out a new command
Haven't tried it yet, but if this means a reduction of the dreaded command lag, then it is a most welcome change.
I don't understand why it was necessary to move ppsh to less CP. Delayed Tiger Ace doesn't change that it is breaking the concept of the game. It belongs in a game of Magic Cards, if you ask me.

I think Tiger Ace might be nice if it cost just 500 MP, plus the 10 min resource block.
I've managed to save way over 800 MP before calling one most times. Ontop of two vet 2 PIVs.
I kinda like the concept of it (similar to KT), but at the moment you call it it just gives too much raw powder on top of an already potentially full army.

AT cost change is very nice one.
but MG42 buff will bring balance issue again.
relic needed buff german but not with mg42.

Lol...Oh Relic... How many more units/abilities are still running around with single player stats I wonder...
In any case, this is actually a buff, earlier PPSHs, at lower cost, even with reduced "proper" stats is still superior for early implementation than stronger later PPSHs.
Will have to play around with this, but my expectation is I will dominate Grens earlygame even harder with this.

I checked it and it seems pretty well balanced because the mg42 got buffed and building modifiers got changed. By the time you hit 2cp's with soviets the Jerries can usually bring some lmg grens, mortars or even a FHT to the battle.

I think you may have misunderstood the new CP system.
2CP is the equivalent of 1CP in the old system.
Meaning PPSHs come out much earlier than they did.
By the time you have 1 LMG Gren, Sov can have 6 PPSHs for the same Muni cost.
G43s have also been reduced to 2CP. Are they also cheaper now?

It's kinda sad that the PPSH got nerfed. What's the point of them now? A tiny increase in DPS is not worth one of your commander slots. If the old ppsh was too cheap, they should have just made it more expensive.

I usually just click the upgrade icon because I'm rarley ever short of munitions when playing Soviet

And now we have an upgrade that barely makes a difference yet takes up a commander slot. I'd rather have it be a good upgrade at a higher cost than a useless one at a cheaper cost.
I'm rather upset by this as the conscript support commander was one of my favorites and now it's significantly weaker.
