Is there currently any Native Speaking mods or anyway to enable native speaking voice overs for both the factions, so Germans speak German and Russians speak Russian? I've tried searching on Google and whatnot and I haven't been able to find one. I really enjoyed the native speaking mod for Coh1, I found it made it much more intense and immersive.
You can definitely just change the language in Steam to German or Russian, but that changes the language for both factions, so both are speaking German and Russian or vice versa. If anyone knows of anyway to get this that would be awesome.

Yes I made one a few patches ago.
You need to have your game set to english via steam.
However, since they added a few things with the last patch there are units and speech lines that are still in english (partisans and >one< molotov speech line). Overall it works fine though.

Alright:
1) download the mod <link removed>
2) Extract the AciSpeech.rar to your Steam/steamapps/common/Company of heroes 2 folder
3) Go to your Steam library, right click on Company of Heroes 2, select properties -> set launch options and paste this: -mod AciSpeech
into the text line.
If you dont want to use the mod anymore (or if you encounter any problems) just remove the launch options.
If you experience any problems please let me know.

Other than that you can also switch the language in Steam. You'll probably have to download the language files once but after that you can switch basically instantly. This requires a restart of the game each time, though.

Hmm. It is not working for me, whenever I run with the modified target line I get the message "Failed to start App.(App already running) as soon as I take off the target line it works straight away.
Is it supposed to be "-mod AciSkins " when it's " AciSpeech.rar "
I tried changing it to "-mod AciSpeech" but it still gets the same error message.

Ah im stupid, yes sorry its -mod AciSpeech -.-
Ive got multiple modifications, thats why i made that mistake sorry.
The error "Failed to start App" will appear everytime you start the game, BUT with -mod AciSpeech the game will actually start regardless of the error message

Hmm, I'm still getting the same error message and my Coh definitely isn't launching. Is this the correct location for the files?

That is where it extracted itself.
I'd be interested to know what other mods you are running? I also had Skin mods for vCoh which I quite liked.

I also just tried overwriting the files inside of Coh2/Archives. That didn't work either. (Don't worry I backed them up)
Actually, just opening up the Skin mod now. There's a .module file with it. There is no .module file inside of the AciSpeech. Would that be causing the issue?

If you download the skins you can simply place the SoundSpeechEnglish.sga in the AciSkins\Archives folder and start the game with the -mod AciSkins parameter, then you will be able to play with the skins and the native Voices.
However it is still odd that the game wont start for you
