They cant throw there red flare (base arty) anymore when they have no line of sight. Before the patch I'm pretty sure they could throw it behind side blockers like a grenade

Not sure if it was an intentional nerf... kind of weird.

The Assault Officer has none of those issues.

I suspect that being able to call smoke and the bomb OKW Trucks might become too much (followed by gammon bomb possibly?)

Anytime i tried thowing it over obstacles, it wouldnt work.

Didnt try it with smoke

Smoke is offmap, nothing is thrown (eg IS base arty or RE smoke nade) and therefore it should only be possible from officer/IS if they have vision within the range. For the base arty, you need to throw it and it was always throw-able over sight blockers. They need to fix it so that only the base arty (or anything that is thrown from the hand and such) can be thrown into FoW and over hedges. It's a bug
