Multiplayer Pre-Alpha content:

PvP and vs AI ;
1v1 and 2v2 ;
Tactical pause enable vs AI ;
2 factions: USF and Wehrmacht ;
4 battlegroups : USF Airborne, USF Armoured, German Breakthrough and German Luftwaffe
No Italian units but Relic will be showing off those units in game next year (2022).

Match reconnection is currently under investigation, and we are exploring how we could potentially solve this within CoH 3’s lifecycle.

I wonder if the only release of 1v1 and 2v2 means 3v3 and 4v4 will have different patch notes? Or just unoptimized currently. Here's hoping big team games have different patch notes and changes.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

I think it will be December, maybe even November. The recent regular updates about multiplayer alpha sounds like its like a month a way or less.

Wow, that really was faster than I expected.

They talk about announcing more FactionS next year, incidentally. I wonder if that's merely them misspeaking, or if we're getting multiple additional factions on top of UK, US, and Wehr. (DAK was relatively obvious, but more than that would be interesting)

Ok but what other regions will be available at release? Why aren't all regions available for testing now?

I don't trust that Relic will maximise server availability for players across the world.
