Grenade for conscripts or penals

So i see several people/stats say SOV are UP atm, and seeing the zis-3 barrage thread, claiming that zis-3 barrage is essential since SOV's don't have grenades stock, so me agreeing that zis-3 barrage is slighty OP, and SOV's are struggling in general, so how about cons or penals getting a weak grenade? to compensate slightly? with short range?

Imo anti building explosives and incendiary explosives should not be available to main line infatry at least as stock. So I would rather see satchel and molotovs replaced by HE grenades but there is already another thread on this subject.

Zis barrage is going nowhere, cons are not getting grenades.

Why would Penals get a weak grenade? Why not a deadly grenade like other anti-infantry specialists?

Regardless, I don't like the idea. It's a faction flavor that it has more arty and fewer grenades and I would like to keep it that way.

ZiS barrage is fine and it's cool having an actual field gun. Just make the actual AT gun cost a little more or something. Tbh as much as I hate the ZiS 3 I think it's not a pressing issue.

i dont really like the idea of either of these. oorah combined with a real nade could be unpleasant and penals with a nade is absolutely a no from me. they are powerful enough as is in the early game they dont need burst damage as well....

if the enemy building a 360mp non retractable counter to static play is rough i dont suspect that 240mp with sprint or only 300mp and good combat stats and moving dps is going to leave things much better....

i was thinking more in the line of increasing cooldown of zis-3 barrage, and to compensate with mainline infantry getting a bit more bite, but it might be a bad idea.

but how about making molotovs stock and not researchable, making it so that they have it right from the start?

not sure about this... i would honestly take maxim buffs as opposed to grenades for conscripts or penals...

Zis barrage need only a bigger Cooldown. Now its even ready when after like 10sec.

and 2 zis is BS op since you wipe everything from rang 80 (85) easily

Soviets do not have infinite muni.
Muni float is 2015 thing.

Maybe conscripts could throw rocks, or their own poop like a monkey?

because the soviets have no early weapon upgrades right? isnt that half the reason why the faction has abysmal performance in the first 20 minutes? no weapon upgrades and near total reliance on the T-70 for combat ability?

thank you ullu... youve identified exactly why and how the soviets need a buff...

Mines, oorah, CE flamer, mortar flares, SVTs, guard upgrades, elite inf muni.

If you're not doing that, you have no slightest clue on how to play soviets.
And yeah, I'm talking 2v2 and upwards, isn't this ullugods domain? Why do I need to tell you very basics of muni economy of the faction?

Do you actually believe just because there are no 120 muni upgrades on vehicles, that there are no muni expenditures in early to mid game?
