just dont allow the sandbags to be directly build against vps( by making a small area around the vp unbuildable), so the opposing side can also use vp cover and sandbags will be fine.
The only problem i see is with vps where one side can build sandbags but the other cant use it.
Otherwise sandbags are fine and add a nice little strategic depth into the game, sandbags wire tanktraps all are part of ww2
Mainline infantry sandbags change

I would go with sandbags can only be built in connected territory. Easier to understand UI wise and prevents spamming sbags while capping the map.
I this would open up a tactical decision making process of either taking time to fortify your current position or trying to push further

I wouldn't hate this. They are meant to be defensive so it makes some sense to require your territory

It makes a ton of sense when you think about it. They're getting the sandbags via supply lines. They're not carrying them around in their pockets.

I think sandbags are mostly fine, here's my opinion:
- Conscripts can built them because they're disadvantaged at range.
- Infantry Sections can build them because cover is vital to their function.
- Riflemen can only built them with a doctrine, and that's probably okay.
- Volksgrenadiers are a well-rounded unit and do not need sandbags.
- Grenadiers cannot build sandbags so there is nothing to say about them.

I do think if VG lose sandbags they should go back to being 250mp.

What if..sand bag comes with barbed wire on the opposite side?
And make sandbag come with 10mp to make it not hard spamming? Except Cons' one should cost more.

I think its only okay while other squads still get sandbags. If you take them off volks riflemen+sandbags will be too strong i think
It is on 3 different commanders, so its a very accessible ability
