I don't wanna make panther OP, just be able bounce shots from TD's at max range.

i would like 25% chance but that ain't gonna happen. currently vet3 TD have 100% pen at max range against vet3 panthers. A tiny bonus like 10% chance to bounce would be nice.

10% far bounce against the Vet 3 Jackson is 318 armour.

Not happening.

Dude It's never gonna bounce Jacksons. Hell vet ap Jacksons have a pen like ~400 enough to even pierce a ele.
But SU85's have a pen of 286 equal to panthers vet3 armor. Atleast bouncing su85's would be nice.

Kind reminder that USF doesn’t have a heavy TD to duel with Jagdtigers/Elephants.

Buddy Jackson vet 3 with ap round ~390 pen. ELE has 400 armor. That's 97.5% pen. Considering Jackson's cost around 60% of an ELE that's good enough to fight ELE in my book.
