Saying "mixed factions" it means allies and axis can be used on same team? Like Axis vs Axis for example or do you mean it is forced to play 2 different factions from the same side and not having 2x of the same?

Only allies vs Axis
But with mixed means:
Double OKW (Oberkommando West) is not allowed as well as double Soviets or double USF or double Brits! Only double ostheer is allowed in this tournament

I would say just ban OKW completely and this tournament will be very well balanced.
Then you would need to ban Brits as well because without OKW cancer you cant beat the real Britcancer

Another little update:
The games will be casted in Russian by HardStyled. And in France by CoHFrance.
Due to family business i won't be able to ref tomorrow, so currahee and his friends will be doing all the reffing tomorrow!

We want to make the brackets as best as we can. That's why if a team doesn't check-in the other team in the bracket will continue. We will not make new brackets with the teams that checked in! We will keep the brackets as they are now and we will just advance the opponents of the team that didn't show up.
ANOTHER NOTE:
All the winning teams need to upload their games here: https://www.coh2.org/topic/63088/m-f-2v2-tournament-replays !
Don't forget to check in tomorrow in the steam chat of the steam group. Also don't forget to report your scores in the steam chat of the steam group (both teams need to do that, in contradiction with the replays in which only the winners have to upload the game!). If there is any trouble during the tournament stay calm and talk to the refs in the steam chat

So how do you decide who goes directly to second round and who plays round 1 ? And how do you decide which participant will play in which stage of the group ? Is it randomly or you just put up "your faves" against the weaker players ?
