Just a little note to all who are arguing about pack howie. Squads that are retreating to base often have low health and members, so once once shot hit them (not even on top of the squad) they are pretty much dead.

Thats why pack howie firing every HEAT round (from safe distance ofcourse) to your HQ when you retreat may be annoying to deal with.

the t70 has very low health and can be two shot by paks, if you dont spend 60 muns on self repair. and it costs 70 fuel. therefore it has to be good at the offensive. now, is it too good when moving? a little, probably. is it "way too good"? absolutely not

every army has their strengths and weaknesses, so does ost (well, ost has no strenghts atm, but this is for another discussion)

23 game with motor guard between all mode lost only 4 2 were afk and 1 was noob and the other vs stug spam = no chance
And no I didn't say to nerf it I just said that it fit meta very well right now did not ask for nerf
I really like my strat very aggressive with no tier 2 get 1 guard or 2 a su 76 then spam t34/85 rember at least 2 penal

Yup thats why brits have free doctrinal everlasting scoutplane on command vechicle. And some kind of non doc recon on every faction -> USF-Major-Recon, SOV-Mortar-Flare, UKF-17pdr-Flare
On the axis side OST has none and OKW has IR-truck (which just shows units meaning no artyparty or similar possible to use there, still a nuance when on allied side.)
