Vehicles Auras has very little to do with shared veterancy. Valentine get Victor arty instead an aura. I'm quoting you, because it is you who wants even more nerfs to a vehicle that is named "command" exclusively to not allow more then 1, we both are aware of it, while you, again insisting on the "command" part of the vehicle don't want to give it anything command vehicle related that all other command vehicles have. If you want to nerf it like that, then lets give it 0.9 dmg reduction aura as well, because its the only "command" vehicle that doesn't have aura skills. If you want to treat it like an actual command vehicle, you need to give it actual command abilities. But again, despite pretending to ignorantly, you are not THAT stupid and as said already, we both know why its named like that, what function it serves and how its balanced, yet you want to nerf it even further, despite it falling out of meta already. I'm at a point where I can't tell if balance team is just biased or incredibly incompetent. It is literally the exact goddam doctrinal ability to lay mines with mainline but for some goddam reason only one of these abilities got nerfed. I'm pretty sure rifle mines can't kill full health squad on retreat and have considerable build time, also being on most muni starved faction in game too. In: COH2 Balance

You wouldn't put non meta commanders on your loudout and end up on top 200. Its not perfect indicator, but its great trend indicator that can be correlated to meta and what is seen on top players streams and tournaments. In: COH2 Balance

From balance point of view one should consider that Soviet have easy access to molotov/satchel while Ostheer do not and should adjust these structures to closer to USF fighting position and not so closer to Ostheer bunkers. What does molo have to do with anything? And if you go T2, you don't have easy access to satchels, while ost always has access to 222. In: COH2 Balance

Its not uncommon for ost and sov to have 3 engies in late game JUST to repair. That is comparable cost to double spio. Spios were made cheaper and stronger over the years for the specific reason of allowing OKW 2nd spio without feeling crippled by the cost and that's what it achieves. If you feel like you need to build more mines, build more units that can put them down. Ability as powerful and spammable as minefield should never be on mainline inf and spios are "overburdened" exclusively in first 5-10 mins of the game, where they are used as combat unit as well, after that they are no different to other engies, spending most of their free time repairing, mining and sweeping.
