- make ram cost hefty mun (60+)
Just addressing this, if ram had a muni cost, then it shouldn't have a tank cost and T34 should be able to crawl away with the same chances as its target.
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

Mines are also NOT uncounterable perpetum machine that'll always blow up under critical opponents units. In fact, high tier players rarely fell on them, because they lead their attacks with sweepers. Exact same case here. Player was prepared for mines and you didn't relied on anything else, therefore you've lost. In: COH2 Balance |

Mainly this one. No need for bile shield when engaging other communities since I don't play MOBAs or FPS. anyways I have played tootsy, everyone knows what hes going to do and yet he does it every game because he knows its absurdly effective and detecting anti vehicle mines while in a moving vehicle is broken regardless if it makes the game boring for you personally, So... you're saying here that you played against a player, who always does the same strat, the strat you are fully aware of and have seen on streams/yt more then once and despite all of that failed to anticipate and prepare.... considering the fact that ALL the anticipation and preparation that's needed to hardcounter this strat is... to have mainline infantry on field with at least 25 muni in the bank.... and you blame it on balance? What makes you believe its a balance issue? Because to me, you're salty because you've lost a game. Its ok, this balance forum is 99,9% salty threads after losing a game to something and 0,01% actual balance issues. In: COH2 Balance |

Oh yeah, the 20 armor reduction for jackson, which makes little difference for P4 and no difference for anything else. If you were reading forums, you would actually remember Sander explaining that the reason for med tanks target size reduction was NOT TDs, but ATGs being too effective against them. If you were reading what you've quoted really well, you would see the changes are meant to make meds more "resilient" to ALL forms of AT, not TDs specifically. In: COH2 Balance |

Oh yeah, all the pop cap and 5 fuel cost increases, that screams doom for TDs. I myself might be talking a bit of bs at times, but I'm quite positive there are DOZENS of "balance issues" balance team would love to slap players with a fish about and scream L2P at them, but they really can't due to having to keep certain communication standard, being pretty much balance representatives and renown community members for their hard work. The fact that this topic comes up almost weekly, and always gains dozens, if not hundreds, of replies should indicate that something is wrong. Balanced units don't get this much attention; there are no massive weekly threads about STUGs, Shermans, or even rocket arty. The fact that despite all the REEEE nothing was done for multiple patches indicates that too many players are unrecoverable noobs who will blame anything and everything before admitting THEY are the problem at the end. Balanced units DO get this much attention if they are inconvenient to fight against and require putting some thought or effort to countering them. ISU being prime example of that, followed by halftruck shenanigans, loitering planes vs people who refuse to build AA, years if people screaming about performance of grens and nothing being done about that performance and so on. Ram does 320 damage on a penetrating hit and was implemented when the t34's main gun did 80 damage on penetration and only had a abysmal 80 penetration, clearly times and the t34 has changed. Ram never did 320 damage. That was Tiger Ace main gun. Ram was also much more potent ability, immobilizing and destroying gun of opposing tank back then, its a glorified stun mind atm. I'll share a secret with you: Changing this is not going to make the game a "snoozefest" any more than the changes to stopping soviet snipers in clowncars and elite troop training your team mates infantry and tanks to vet 3 before they fired a single round or swarms of sprinting falls and shocks with valient assault/mother russia or the snipers with predator camo from coh1. It actually is, because now its this, then its something else and so on until the only viable option that remains is a-move head on. Its not even tournament breaking stuff that's omnipresent everywhere. Its literally a single nooblet seeing something on twitch and shat his pants at the sole thought of maybe facing it once in his a-moving career, so he rushed to the forum to remove the bad, unknown thing before it touches him. Make M36 hits do 120 damage, like Su76's. And make it shoot every 4 seconds or less, like SU-76 too? Or make it cost 70 fuel? In: COH2 Balance |

^This. Don't try to turn the game into a snorefest, just because you were surprised by something unexpected and had no idea how to counter it first time you've seen it. ESPECIALLY if you haven't even faced it yourself and just observed it on twitch. In: COH2 Balance |
