Its all random. Literally up to the RNG god to decide who comes out on top. If I could be bothered, I'd find a 1v1 IS-2 vs. Tiger duel I had the other day in my stream VODs. It wasn't as controlled though, I was continuously reversing my IS-2, always showing my front, so this affected accuracy on both sides but they were both engaged the whole time (never out of los, no range issue etc.). My IS-2 eventually won. Its literally how lucky you get. Its just as possible the tiger may have got 3 or 4 crits in a row and won.

Every single math and probability gives Tiger an easy win over IS-2.
If IS-2 wins, THAT is pure RNG luck. If Tiger wins, its just confirmation to the rule and tiger wins vast majority of time.
You've had one lucky game, that doesn't make it "all random". |

Hmm, P4 had no problems dealing with infantry and vehicles alike, could be easily vetted for less then panther, could be much easier spammed.
Panther was AT only and since vCoH had deflection damage, vCoH panther was less powerful overall then CoH2 panther. |
The Stug in Vcoh is T3, and the Panzer IV, Panther are T4. Then there was the STUH via the blitz doctrine. A quick t3 1 v 1 build would be Stugs or Stug + Stuh instead of panzer IVs of Coh2.
Or G-Wagon instead of Stug, if you activate TOV. The G-Wagon was basically a glass cannon version of the SU-85.
So early game fights were M10/M18 + Shermans vs. Self-propelled guns.
In a way, the Americans have better gear until T4/call-ins (Panther, Tiger, King Tiger)
Gwagen was actually a glass version of elephant.

One time i kill 8 conscripts (they are fuckng in group soviet g style) with a rifle grenade...
But if you think in costs, always soviet will win, they die forever and reinforce, come back with more power, sometimes i think is cheater...
See the K/D ratio... Soviet is made for die and reinforce (spam and no cover)...

3CP is quite late. And i was never fan change 25% manpover income for 13 fuel per minute. Its mean you pay 425MP more for one T-34/76 (85 fuel)

If it was 25% it would be awesome as it would actually scale and the less mp income you would have, the less severe penalty would be. This is what new lolTiger Ace will have.
But flat 65mp means pretty much you have constantly reserved 44 popcap in exchange for 13 fuel.
For comparison, luftwaffe fuel drop is actually more effective menpower to fuel and you have bursts of fuel where you need them after you decide you need them instead of flat fuel income for flat huge penalty.
Anyway the moment overwhelming armor doctrine will be released, soviet industry will be dead, except for those who get it specifically for KV-2 and rep stations. |
I thought planes did have an HP stat?
No, there is set % chance per weapon to shoot it down.
It can be first MG42 bullet and it can not get shot down by 3 ostwinds for whole duration. |
AA has nothing to do with damage though, so the m5 will not kill planes any easier.
But it will finally be able to kill infantry.
It got horrible suppression(6+ bursts to suppress squad with no cover) and horrible damage currently(1.5 bursts needed per non pio model at point blank range) so maybe at last it will be worth building it for anything else then reinforcing. |
