There are instances where I had to wait for 3 sec before command was issued(germany), but when that happed, german internet network in general changed to autobahn during traffic hours and you barely could use internet at all. Jacksons had also more armor, they actually could bounce P4 and again, they had self spotting. M10 was much cheaper at 400, however neither of the two is a medium tank. Shermans always had 640hp. It also always had 160 armor, it was very briefly increased to 180 and then reduced back to 160. In: COH2 Balance

Shermans were never shitty and neither were jacksons, in fact, while more fragile, jacksons had self spotting as well and much greater armor then they do have now. Nowadays almost every medium tank in the game has 640HP. So...... like it always was? Vehicles Crews are very strong and nonsense. That`s why I say that they should be toned down at some level. So.... like they were over the years with last issue being going over the pop cap? In: COH2 Balance

But it still remains a choice when one will unlock it. People never unlocked it in T3 so it was not match of choice in live either. My comments was general about global upgrades and had little to do with this upgrade particularly. Or because M3 got nerfed even further because reasons, T2 is in same state as ever, T70 is noticably weaker and less impactful while still somewhat potent and you won't be able to survive T3 without it anymore. MR now is split into two type of bonus: One global effecting Penals reinforcement and Penal/conscripts XP gain The 7 upgrade unlock Why do you never advocate for this kind of upgrades stacked on top of unchanged tech costs for axis? If it is such a good idea, why do you never support it when applied to axis? Ost T4 gren upgrade could easily be a global upgrade with proper cost, there is zero reason why it should be free anymore with how powerful T4 is. In: COH2 Balance

I do, they allow additional timing, decision making and cost effectiveness balancing layer. The problem stems however from the fact that exclusively 1 side of the conflict has them while another freeloads on their regular tech with grand total of zero additional investments outside of obligatory healing, so you end up with 1 side having to make economical decisions and consider if they need X or can go about without it, while other side just gets everything. Regardless how its spun, it will delay your infantry upgrades or your tanks. Bad question to ask someone on a holy crusade to nerf every single soviet unit to the ground. Now, mobilize reserves was good alternative for T3 when it was still in T4 as free choice, soviets already pay hefty sum for tech+sides, but now its really not a choice at all, you have to buy it, so soviet side tech cost increase even further because apparently most expensive tech isn't expensive enough. Penal vet addition feels completely useless, I can't see a single person getting the upgrade for penals alone and it seems like the new "+10% vet3 to help with scaling late game" solution, it isn't going to help on the long run at all. Con 10% vet3 acc will be missed, but I do understand why its being removed, without it at least if there will be a need 7th man can be buffed directly, but ppsh cons will get a noticeable clap for scaling, they already were worthless pre vet3 anyway. I'm indifferent to ram changes, I already gave up on the ability being usable or useful, but its completely irrelevant that T34 gets engine crit instead of immobilize crit, when due to health limit its guaranteed loss of a tank now. Just stop pretending like you did with demo charge and remove and replace ram with something actually useful. In: COH2 Balance

Can't we do better than this as a community, for the sake of more-interesting gameplay? The fact that we have certain factions, commanders, and units getting virtually no use in competitive matches is driving people to play with the same of the aforementioned again and again. Good players won't deviate far from them if they have any real desire to win matches. Frankly, it makes the game boring and less enjoyable to play. Can we do a statistical analysis of the commanders, abilities, units, etc. which are used least often, and propose some changes to them to bring them into relevancy? I'm proposing this for all factions, not just those factions I play (or like) the most. Or is this underway already? Why are you quoting me? I'm not the one who wants to nerf a squad that is non existent in games above 4 digit ranks. In: COH2 Balance
