The Jackson's 200 penetration is still very good, especially once you start using the 30 Munitions (cheap as all hell) HVAP Rounds ability. I'm pretty sure that's buffs the penetration to somewhere around 350, as I've been able to penetrate Tigers from max distance rather reliably.
The Jackson is good enough. Although I'm not very up for seeing a Jumbo 76 - those things would be unstoppable.
How many times do you keep JAcksons at short range?
Its realistic penetration is 160 at far range, because far range is when you will use it most.

Quick note: I just noticed the description on the M23 Smoke Screen Grenade- it says "Any vehicles hit by the grenade will be temporarily blinded and slowed." Can anyone confirm that?
If you still haven't been hit by it, yes, it snares, blinds and disables weaponry on the vehicle.

The sniper team is fine if it didn't steer away from realism too much. From what I remember WW2 snipers were always working alone and never with a mate. To justify for the two men, the Soviet sniper shoots slower compared to his German counterpart. Is this another stereotype of Soviet inferiority. Vasily Zaitsev was one of the best sniper and he was a Soviet. Both snipers should be equal and get better with vet.

2) That is really a faction dependent, you can't really call USF rifle a "spam" as they have no other choice. And 4-5 seem to be general thought, but there are people who are strongly convinced that 2 is a spam. |

What exactly stops you from repositioning if they get suppressed and use smoke?(because they won't know you're there for the first time)

I remember when Pioneers did damage and everyone lost their minds and cried for nerfs were everywhere, but for 60 manpower more Assault Engineers do twice as much damage and people want them buffed more.
