There is no reason not to go for them. 2) There should be no unit that is weaker then non upgraded conscripts or puppchen, bring all underpowered units to their level to increase diversity. There should be no ubermensh troops with no disadvantage-make obers buy their LMG. 3) Allied AT.. Don't know, 45/50 muni per zooka? 50% deflection damage or different temporary crits for PTRS? Encirclement doctrine doesn't have Tiger. STOP. Automatically bad because of that. STOP. Bad doctrine design for almost all wehr and sov doctrines, leaving only a few valid ones with late game armor. STOP. Storms themselves being balanced when called, both for cost and firepower. STOP. No wiping weapon teams in 2 seconds, unlike falls. STOP. No struggling to decrew AT gun or HMG, unlike partisans. STOP. Storms actually scale well into late game thanks to upgrades and good vet. STOP. Maintained cheaply, like default infantry. They are overpriced grens with expensive not very useful gimmicky upgrades. I was looking forward to storms before release but afterwards was like meh. they should at least be on par with shock troops, but they are overpriced grens. Plus the doctrine is a pos. A decapping stuka...really. A neutral point can be capped in no time. Unless you can do 3 of these at a time why would anyone waste munitions on that. A late-game ability that requires luck/tactical godliness to use?(or a brain dead opponent) This doctrine is on par with the community made defensive doctrine.....which I am still in shock that the "community" could make such a turd. No one uses them, because they are not overpowered and every single wehr player is jerking off on tigers. If its not powerful medium, or heavy tank, it will never be a part of meta or even part of competitive play. Most sov and wehr doctrines only confirm that, while devs prefer to stick their heads in their bums and pretend the problem doesn't exist and spamming heavy armor should have absolutely no downside at all.
