The Germans continue to hog the best infantry, AT, and armor ingame. Until the USF gets Marines, Caliopes, tactical precision strikes, Jeeps, M18 recoilless rifles, advanced M1A2 Infrared Carbines, glider infantry, HEAT shells, and other *required* tools to even the odds, I'll continue to whine. I'll whine until the day the Axis armies are completely beaten to a pulp by the forces of democracy. And then, we can proceed to delete the Krauts from the game. Literally. With the Atomic Bomb Company.

That's bullshit, they have the same radius as every other mine (5), Demos have 6 (soviets) or 8 (usf).
Bullshit,they have 4 mines in a big box instead of one mine one spot like the mines ur comparing it too, so thats a bullshit way of calling bullshit.
And I dont know,wouldnt 4 mines in a box at 5 AOE(making it 20) have more potential AOE than an 6-8 AOE demo? I dont really know my maths.

Ur right. We should remove the signs
S mines(even one 15 muni strip...)have the biggest AOE of any mine, arguably bigger than a demo explosion.
Unless you have instant reflexes, you can't react to an S Mine on the flanks for example. Your squad will just die.
That's why they have signs. So there's not massive fields of invisible squad wipin mines that only cost 15 mini and 3 seconds to place everywhere.
And before you say BabyRage Soviet mine only 30 muni... Well get over it. That's one little spot compared to a entire pathway that s mines can cover in comparison. |
Delete them... Delete Rear echelon from the game.
Replace RE with Fresh-from-boot-camp-riflemen, and then replace normal riflemen with Rangers.
Replace the rangers in heavy cav with VETERAN Marines. |
Give KT 100 range, 640 damage because fighting jacksons,su85, and slow ass expensive firefly+tulip with a JP fucking 4 AKA the best TD in the fucking game that solos all of those at vet 0 is too much effort. Not to mention it al fucking ready out ranges most mediums and can reach out and slap a Jackson on most maps even with its paltry 45 range.
Give KT 1000 front Armor because TOP 3 highest armor value in the game is NOT ENOUGH ARMOR.
Also, make KT main gun have twice the AOE, and one shot squads and AT guns even more so than it does currently. |

Update I got this to work. .
Complete with a plane and "nuclear fallout"/burning city effect. If you wanna see for yourself download t this and use the "White phosphurus"/NUKE ability for rifle company

A sturmpioner is better than A Pioneer, a pioneer is better than a Combat engineer. A Combat Engineer is better than a Rear Echelon(without spending 120 muni on it). Are you in favour of buffing both of those as well?

Im a crazy bastard with a wild mind.
And I want to create an Ability that basically covers the entire map(not a sector) in one simultaneous explosion(Think of OKW Breakthrough ability but with MASSIVE simultaneious explosions(so it looks like one explosion) on every inch of the map at the same time so its like a nuke. I maybe even want to add a plane into the ability as well..but that might be too complicated...anyway
I tried to copypasta/clone with the OKW break thru ability itself and just edit it slightly to fit my wierd desires,But...
In the ability bag for Breakthrough artillery ability, I looked in ACTIONS+START TARGET ACTIONS+TARGET then then AREA_TYPE and it says SECTOR.
and I dont know of any other "area type"(If it exists) to make the ability target the whole map,or ALL territories.. I also cant think of an ability in game that targets all territories.
so uh...help?

They dance because they have 2 different upgrades, one that is AI and another that is AT. It means that want to prioritise one and then if they want to prioritise another they need to reposition. Same goes for captain (thompson and zooks) and any other infantry that has such a gimmicky weapon choice. Making them to choose between upgrades would most probably solve dancing problem.

The last time this topic came up, I explained that it was because of their AI plan or whatever that guards and all officer units have.
It's not mixed weapons..
It's squad AI which literally could be changed with a copy paste.
