Bankruptcy is no excuse for continuously ignoring the signals of CoH1 top tier players, who on the contrary of your statement, would still be top tier players if they would actually play the game, as shown by some of the early tournaments.

Additionally, you are not exactly known for your CoH insight, revealed in your analysis of the "meta game" of both CoH1 and CoH2. Quite frankly, you are possibly the worst player to ever stream a CoH game, so it would suit you to take players such as Inverse serious with respect to their opinions of the current CoH2 gameplay, as they share your hopes for the future.

So would you participate in a tournament where only the base commanders were used?

For SNF we locked the Commander options to those already released and then gave the Commanders free to everyone who won in the first round so that everyone had the same options without buying them. That didn't get you to play.

1) How would he know the small details of a tournament, he's stopped playing the game.
2) He said "ladder and tournament".
3) Who cares if he got them for free somewhere in the tournament, he'd never have trained with them before.

But the fact remains that Relic has broken trust with its lead users. All the incredible work put into creating this site from scratch and running SNF, the casts with TFN and others trying to be serious, has been spat on by giving the casual audience gimmicks that ruin the experience of lead users.

Relic has a gimmick running falling between two stools continuously so hard, it's not even funny watching the clownshow. They have alienated the potential enormous Russian community. They've repeated the failure of implementing mechanics alienating the core gameplay; back in the day, I stopped playing Wehrmacht for fear of falling asleep against the Brits - now in CoH2 you've got to fight all kinds of game-warping gimmicks.

Noun, I'm sure you're a great guy, I love your reindeer-sweater, but you're working for a company with a very bad track-record. I don't trust a word you say, a post you make, because "Relic". Words are just making me mad.
