Thread: 8p The Road to Devastation21 Nov 2013, 23:31 PM No change to spring version. 11/21/2013 ALPHA 3: (Update 11/21/2013) I'm not sure if people like the additional infantry ramps, or if they hate the winter blizzards, but the spring version was downloaded 5 times more than the winter counterpart. Since I haven't had any feedback, I assume its the additional ramps. So I put them on the winter version! I also added in Victory Points. Keep in mind, the current winter mini map does NOT show the new infantry ramps. I will update the spring version to add in victory points sometime this weekend, so keep an eye out. These two updates SHOULD be the final update of the alpha versions. The next phase will be splats, splines, and detail. That means there won't be an update, after this weekend, for a while. Maybe sometime near the new year. I am really looking for some feedback, from the 400+ downloads that occurred. Thanks for playing. In: Map Sharing

Thread: Changing Map Name21 Nov 2013, 03:01 AM Under scenario properties, is the name of the mission. I believe this is what appears in game. I have changed file names as well, but if you have any mini maps, or other tga's, they will have to renamed likewise. In: Mapping Discussion

Thread: Help! First-time creating a map!20 Nov 2013, 18:40 PM Its the map interactive tool, you are looking for, regarding off map reinforcements. You paint interactive level 50, around the border of your map, inside the playable area. Usually a width of 32 or more, so keep that in mind when picking a map size. There are some half finished trench's I want to wrap up before I update.) This map started out, as a learning curve project for the first world builder. Naturally, I made it in COH2 world builder, to test try out some of the new features. I played this map several times, mostly to test out new tactics, with doctrines I'm not familiar with. It is most certainly, by all means way too small to be taken seriously, but I have a lot of fun with it, so I decided to release it. Thread: Export Package19 Nov 2013, 17:22 PM Can you verify that Archive.exe is in your coh2 folder? Mine was not, and I had to get it from a steam download folder.(cant remember which) I selected my steam folder, and searched the contents for "Archive.exe", but I had two, one for COH1, one for COH2. I just moved the coh2 version to the "steamapps/common/companyofheroes2/" folder. The COH1 version was in its correct folder. In: Mapping Discussion
