There is a replay where Price killed an Ace easily with 3-4 AT guns, when the tiger went for his base they were all sat there reinforcing, it got forced off easily, then he chased and killed it with ZiS blob. KV8 saw to any inf. Also IS2 can 2 shot AT guns, and thats a lot cheaper. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: ZiS-3 vs Pak-4014 Dec 2013, 16:03 PM ZiS are ok, youve just got to be really good with how you use them. I find having the ZiS near front line to deflect tanks, pushing with cons works, with a Maxim a little further back in safe spot that the ZiS can quickly run back to when inf trys to take them out. ZiS work really nice with KV8 or IS2 for protection, and an M5 makes life a lot easier. The reason Pak is better is because Germans are supposed to have an easier time dealing with Soviet armour, which tends to show up earlier and in more numbers. Soviets are supposed to struggle a little with better equipped german tanks that turn up slightly later and in fewer numbers. In: COH2 Balance

Like the ISU that used to be at 5 cp and is now 11, would that be just the same? Some have changed a bit, like you say, ISU is a tad later, KV8 is tad later, IS2 tad earlier (they both come at 9 now). Probably many others too. In: COH2 Balance

Flak88 got decrewed all the time, you just re-man it. Actually killing the thing flat out, takes quite a bit more effort from the soviet. In: COH2 Balance
