Barton and Andy played with standard commanders on SNF. I haven't seen Ace/Blitzkrieg/whatever considered OP commanders.

As someone who got tired of going T2-T3 i´ll tell you a couple of things. With Guards Motor (T34-85s call in) -Option 1: Check "Akosi" strat or sniper spam. A) Con Con T1 Sniper sniper B) Sniper sniper - Sniper/Guard/Con AT nade You may use similar variations but it goes around doing hard mp damage, getting couple of cons for AT nade any AC/FHT or guards and waiting till you get T3485s. Mark vehicle any T3 unit to quickly gain domination of the map. You can also fill a 120mm if mortar spam. 2- 3xCons A) Retreat CE - ScoutCar - Penal/sniper - Guards B) CE - 2x ScoutCar - Guard - Sniper On both cases if you really fall behind on denying fuel to your opponent or dealing MP drain, you should get T2 for Zis or you can always backtech into T2 if you need extra AT. Without Guard Motor 3- Any of the strats before but teching into T4 Su85 or if you are a bit more hipster and need some early AT Su76 (if you can manage to use them). |

WP. Theres a reason why Artillery is not mentioned on the first post. I could "easily" counter saying the same happens with the Katys. PD: they can also use Precision strike if you need to get rid of something. In: COH2 Balance |

i about 25 match i have 2 loss, but come play 1v1 with me and you will see have arenot right^^ But that´s because of skill, skill difference with your opponent or the strat ? I´m just talking about my experience using this strat n trying to counter it. I´ll gladly play against you (eventhough i´m still a couple steps below to play toe to toe with the "top guys") |

@sherlock 1-Even if shock nades are the "worst" of all nades i would put it on par or further ahead of wipepotential in comparison to a riflenade. Only when the units are pretty much bunch together is when this might happen (for both cases). 2-Precision strike. Scout or wait for any support weapon to show up on the map. Use PS...profit. 3-Theres a difference between EASY-Medium-Where did that shit hit me from dodgeable wipepotential situations. And here we are talking abouth healthy 6/4man squads. Railway: it takes a while to land and after the first shot comes the rest are mostly useless. Light arty: same as before. Stuka: it takes a while. You just need to move anything which was on LOS of the enemy. Fragment bomb: this things becomes undodgeable ONLY if you are near the enemy spawn. Further you are from his base, the longer the time for the plane to arrive. In: COH2 Balance |

As RU: -Why not filling some scoutcar into any of the strats? I feel like a quick 3rd sniper is a bit of an overkill and on that moment you stale a bit for the 1 CP to hit till you get your first Guard. It adds an extra layer of micro to manage but it helps to easily deal with either 222 or FHT an also lets you quickly harass/chase retreating squads or support weapons. As OH: 1st part: dealing with sniper early-midgame. First of all, dont drain MP. Retreat/softretreat and dont engage unless you know you can chase them and get a retreat/kill. If you manage to get the early retreat/kill be as offensive as possible. This will prevent any offensive mining. 4 T1 units at best (5 if you go for a mortar. Pray the RNG gods) Midgame aproach: if you go for the AC dont show it inmediatly. Go for the flank n dont overcomit on the chase (if it stays alive it will keep being a menace during the game). 2nd part: dealing with T34-85s. -If you go for quick Ostwind you need to be extra carefull with the CPs. If you dont deal damamge you are going to be on a pretty hard situation. Since your next unit is going to probably be a P4 take in mind you need 2 extra AT (either double pak or adding some PG shreck). -Going P4 first its more safe. Once you are near 6-7CP get a Stug + Pak. How you deal with the first Mark Target n rush from the T34-85s is key. Lategame: if you manage to deal or trade with the T348s you are fine. You can either keep P4spam n get him off map, try to tech (this will roughly give you an edge if the game goes for a really long time, since you can try to filter n Panzewerfer into your army) or get a Tiger (micro friendly). Commanderchoice: -Lighting: G43-Sprint-Tiger. Push with 2-3 grens together. Ignore any other infantry besides snipers. -Pak43: more defensive mindset for midlate game. 120mm is going to hurt you nevertheless. -Elite: sigh. Vetted Stug with weakpoint are quite cost effective against T34-85s. |

+3/+5 fuel-muni per minute. So to get the same amount of resources you either need to wait 16mins or 30mins. A cache will spread the resources to all players so it loses utility besides 2v2 i guess. |

But i can see the average player having trouble with the "unkillable" anti-everything blob of doom. Barely this with a little fix.
1- The problem is not the power of the unit, is the quick arrival of it 2- PG shrecks are just a support AT unit unless inside a building. You can kit them pretty effectively. If they ONLY chase you with 1 PG, you can safely eat the first salvo with your T34 and go for the crush. If they guy losses 2 guys he inmediatly need to retreat for the danger of losing n dropping the weapons. Pgrens can also shoot all Russian Armor (cept IS-2). SU76 can outrange all german tanks (cept Elephant). So? Going Shrecks is for support AT for a Pak/P4/Stug. Theres little reason to use it as a frontline unit.
30 muni hitting anything besides 1 pio is always worthy. With 2 kills you are assuring a retreat unit (what generally happens). as long as there is this huge disparity in the dps of rifles and smg and it isnt hard for squads to close in, they will always faceroll rifle infantry.
