The Luchs is a beast and can rip through inf. the way an Oswind do it.
This unit is in need of to be tone down a bit for sure, but OKW need to get something in return to keep its strength overall balanced.
The nerf also need to be intelligent so players will still like to play with it, it must keep is usefulness.
A bad example of nerf is the ISU-152, cause nobody use it now with real success...Why ? It price is too high for its usefulness, others unit do the same job now at a lesser cost. (and yes a nerf was needed , but a more thoughtful one.)
With bad nerfs, we all suffer from the lack of gameplay's variety it bring. (a.k.a the same unit are always used over and over)

The problem is when one side has nearly no territory control and with call in or building heavies it turn the battle to it's advantage, would not be solved with fuel upkeep. Or can someone explain it to me how it would in the context of a 3vs3 or 4vs4 game ?
My solution is simple, i would lower the base popcap to 50 (as an example) and making territory capture the way to increase it to a maximum of 100.(as it is now). It shouldn't impact the first stage of the game.
Thus increasing the tactical value of the territory should make the game even more interesting (more like COH or COHO) and the occurrence of those unrealistic comebacks, should be lower.

Well the difference between 1vs1 and 4vs4 is the team concept. People who want to leave whenever they want should rather play 1vs1. In 4vs4 when one of the players leave early, it kill the game for everyone. Imagine a baseball game where the first base quit because the other team had score a point.
Emotions control part of what the great players are made. Barton for example is great at that and has won many games with great comebacks.
Surrenders should work when there is 50% of players voting yes. So one person wouldn't be able to block surrendering a losing match.
If you have to quit for a serious reason, the 5 min. penalty won't hurt you anyway since you aren't playing anymore.
It's a system greatly needed for making team games more fun. Those who need to be winning all the time to stay in should play 1vs1 only.

Could be 6 things : (Just do a quick check)
1) A GPU overheating problem,especially if the 40 temp was measure after the reboot. (Check if air exit the card properly)
2) One of the GPU power cable is not connected or power supply not enough powerful)
3) CPU fan badly installed. (not enough contact with cpu)
4) No thermal paste added between the fan and the CPU.
5) the main board is shorted or the gpu not pin down enough )
6) Memory stick badly installed (not in the right slot or not enough pin down)

After watching a lot of match and some of 1000 $ tourney, i find that the worst feature in COH2 now is the armor and grenades one-shotting squad of infantry. (Caused primarily by new tight formation)
Ex: In the 1000 tourney, i saw a moving Von Yvan's T-34-85 one-shot Vendicarx vet 3 Ober...at long range... that was very pitiful.
Unless a tank is dedicated vs inf. or has high explosive mun. (Sherman) Most Tanks have HMGs to handle inf, their main gun purpose is vs tanks.
That make fights so unrealistic and sad to watch.
Same thing with grenades that kill whole squads with a warning coming at the same time that the nade itself... (Rifles grenades primarily)
Infantry squads must spread more and cover should not be a dead trap but a boon.
Flanking must make a comeback, cause now just a nade kill the mg... and do the job... that lame.
Make a toggle option for formation (tight/spread), let the player decide.
Plz add your voice to mine to make the devs adjust it so its become nice and sweet again.

This patch has increased my in game frame rate increased by about 4-5%, not bad. There is less lag spike also. Overall smoothness of gameplay feeling is better.
