And the future of COH214 Mar 2016, 14:56 PM If i were Sega/Relic, i would give away free the basic multiplayer part of the game.(The 2 initial armies) (A.k.a giving free electronic cigarette to sell refill...) Why : -More people would play; -More people would by additional armies/cmrds/skin, e.t.c -Better matchmaking for starting player. Leading to : More cash for Sega; More money to improve the game. I heard that at the end of the event, they gave away all Relic related banners and posters that decorated the stand to the attending community members. Did Relic/Sega intend to give them away knowing that they'll never present that game to the public anymore? Or was that some kind of generous act? Maybe not wanting to bring it back to Vancouver or to save storage space... The game is still alive, maybe not kicking as strong as it should but it will cause the fans are still there and we love our game ! In: Lobby

I find that argument rather fallacious. If ceteris paribus, Then: Give something to the Axis so they can win versus allies that have good communications And : Give something to allies so they can win versus Axis when they don't have good communication. Thread: Why do you like CoH 2?14 Mar 2016, 13:45 PM Like : It's a living wargame !!! Can be played with 4 friends !!!! Dislike: -The game is 15% to fast, (in 4vs4) we need to think and talk to each others. -Impolite people on chat Would like to have : 1 minute time out/team per 15 minutes played added added the end of each 15 m. (strategy making, bathroom, smoking, e.t.c.) Quarterly ladder reset but highest Elo rating acheived is kept for matchmaking purpose. Monthly tournament with steam cash inscriptions and no deposit refund for noshow for all play mode. Incremental time penalty for matchmaking for dropping instead of surrendering. ( Like 1 min for first, then 2 min. for the second, 5 m for the third and so on. Resetting after 6 hours without drop) (Like Mechwarrior excellent system) Thanks ! In: Lobby

Thread: Balance feelings after some matches : Not fun at all.14 Mar 2016, 12:25 PM OKW rebalance while vet was bugged lead to disbalance when vet was fixed. Quick fix: -OKW should not benefit from others faction resource caches. (keep some resources starved flavor) So no changes in 1vs1 and a more even game in 2v2---->4vs4. That would also lead to have more wehrmacht in 3vs3/4vs4. +++ -Maybe some minor fix would also be in order for the elite doctrine. -More durability to the penal battalion would be nice. -Better suppression/less damage for all HMGs, no grenades throwing while being suppressed. -Defensive smoke from Axis tanks would work like the one on the Sherman.
