Every bulletin should stack. There's 5 which most likely won't because they weren't changed along with the rest of the bulletins when they were last fixing them: T34/85 armor IG18 ability recharge Ostwind Armor Stug E armor WFA 4% sherman/Panther armor will not stack on sherman but will on panther In: COH2 Gameplay |

Luchs, KV8, and Ostwind all allow you time to react and attempt to save your squad. The Scott does not. The Luchs, KV8, and Ostwind do not one shot squads, you have to chase them down etc, the Scott does not. Today I learned the Scott was OP. All this time I had considered it pretty much worthless in 1vs1 ever since the great direct fire nerf because the Sherman does the exact same thing while also being able to crush and having double the health pool and crappy AT on demand. I see Scott as the (only) USF anti-infantry vehicle for late game teamgames where shermans have the life expectancy of an ostheer sniper in the middle of a rifleblob. In: COH2 Balance |

3x10% faster Jagdtiger callin cooldown OKW: volky bulletins, accuracy > reload (for shreks) > shrek cost > cooldown USF: rifly bulletins, accuracy > cooldown > reload, would add sherman reload bulletin if I had it Soviet: depends on playstyle, con or maxim or atgun bulletins Wehr: 10% vet on MG42 because they're fabulous at vet2 onwards, getting there is the hard part. 3% acc on gren because best bulletin for damage for them. 5% mortar accuracy, 4% burst for mg42, 5% PIV reload for third depending on how I feel. For those saying that USF late game is weak... please watch this replay. Without having watched replay: Absolutely nobody with a clue is saying USF AIRBORNE late game is weak. But that's one commander, what about the 4 with trash lategame (Rifle Company does OK even if it loses to airborne, hence 4). The rockets should never fire at anything outside the circle. It's stupid. Every single loitering plane ability works exactly like the P47s. LEIG M10 Ostheer Sniper Ostheer Officer Definitely don't belong on this list, they're all great units in some situations. LEIG has accuracy issues, but on maps like Langres with a ton of hills that handily stop it from overshooting, it will do absolutely fantastic. M10 is best allied infantry crusher. Don't think of it as an AT unit, think of it as a melee anti-infantry unit that can provide some minor AT support. Ostheer sniper is great sometimes. Mostly not in 1vs1 though. I'd love to have a commander with both panzer tactician and officer, but because I'm always forced to pick one of them I end up with the more generally useful smoke. But he is definitely strong when in the right place at the right time. Not gonna vote for any one unit, but per faction: Ostheer: LEFH (commander required and pathetic damage) OKW: IR HT (vet1 kubel does the exact same thing for cheaper, no tech requirement, and some actual combat utility) or PIV J (horrible commander required for an average medium tank when you already have super easy access to panthers) Soviet: AI Partisans (lose to HMG squad members at times, bad commander required) USF: M21 (suboptimal commander required, basic fire modes absolutely worthless, only saving grace is phosphor) In: COH2 Balance |

It doesn't set up at all. It's moving, then it starts firing, then eventually it sets up. That can't be right. That's not how it works. When you amove with flakht, it will start setting up during the move, and when it reaches the exact point where you attack moved it to, it will stop, and either finish the remaining setup or start immediately firing if it was setting up long enough while moving. Great game, honored. I assumed he was fortifications. IS2 is not good against Pak43 play, sure you have the incendiary barrage to clear it occasionally but when the pak43 is up your IS2 basically can't go anywhere near because of it being relatively slow and yet no more durable than T34/85 against it. More generally, I just wanted damage output, which the IS2 lacks. It's just a giant bullet sponge when your opponent isn't fielding any heavy armor. In: Replays |
