Yeah, that's about same what I do with this commander. Probably, I build T4 because of fear of waves of panthers and tigers that used to roll out every other team game. Shermans and T-34 don't perform to well against them.

Fully agreed. This is to much. They made a mistake, this is an OP commander. Lend lease on the other hand is to weak. He needs some buffs, for instance making shermanns be equal wit panthers
IMO T2 a must with any call in doctrine. Sherman's don't own the field, they are still decent tanks so far, but they simply don't cut the mustard. Hence, a couple of ZiS would be perfect with forementioned mines everywhere.
I usually build T4 as well to get a SU-85 and supplement my AT defences even more.
If you run low on mp, a cheaper maxim could work just fine.
M4c knock out pinned infantry and pull German tanks into AT ambush.

This. AI performance needs to be mediocre at best on the ISU. Instagibbing from 100 range does not belong in this game.

Are you complaining about 100 range? Or you're complaining about a squad at HALF of its health getting killed by a single shot of 152mm gun?

They can 1-shot T70s and SU76s. That's even better now that both of these tanks are more expensive.

The problem is that Germans barely have enough muni to lay those mines in noticeable amounts like soviets do.
Weapon upgrades are a lot more appealing.
I would say ISU152 is to strong, while on other hand a panther is way to weak.
Also, sudden nerf to howitzers made me scratch my forehead in total confusion.
I love new guards in M5. Conscripts are back in business, and T-34 finally can be used for combat rather than just suicidal ram.
Overall, good changes, but IMO soviet faction orientiried. Soviets are easy mode again.
