Remember the fall out when Shocktroops were 1 CP? Did we learn any lessons from that? Apparently not. Even at long range the MP44 weapons profile has the advantage.

The thing is Shocktroops were nearly invincible to early game units because of their high armor value, which is not the case for Sturmpioniere at all. |
Basically what it says in the title. How are they differing from each other? Is the Command Tank Panther identical to the regular Panther apart from the inspiration bonus and the Concentrated Fire ability or are there differences?
I tried the Command Tank Panther now in a few games and it at least doesn't seem weaker than the regular Panther, but I am not really sure. |
Got my first drop, a bulletin, when I hit rank 5. Could be random, or could be based on the fact that I reached level 5.
Same here, bulletin at rank 5 was "Veteran Training: Infantry" (Riflemen and Volksgrenadiers rifles cooldown 2% faster between shots and reload 2% faster"), rare/blue.
Didn't get anything else otherwise yet (level 8 with OKW now). |

Simplest solution would be probably to call them Wehrmacht Ost and Wehrmacht West (or, if you like that more, Ostwehrmacht, Westwehrmacht), unless the Oberkommando West was not supposed to be purely a Wehrmacht faction but was supposed to include forces from the Waffen-SS etc.
The faction division in the game is somewhat artifical either way, but that is fine from a game point of view. Resulting from this come some naming issues, but I think those names would be a decent compromise. |
250 munitions for 3 stukas strafing at once with a squad of parachuting fallshirmjagers. Counter: AA m5 motor carriage, or any vehicle that is actually crewed. But the fallshirmjagers are pretty glitchy with their parachutes.
Fallshirmjagers otherwise cost 440 mp.
Oh yeah, and the crew weapon's health is under the squad's health, if that isnt there already.
So the parachuting Fallschirmjäger don't cost any manpower to call in? I watched the game but didn't notice the cost for the ability. |

Its not impressive at all compared to last year.
There were quite a few nice games on sale, the problem is most of them have been on sale already on all the last big sales, so a lot of people who are interested already grabbed them (and many like a friend don't even play the games they have hoarded). |
Both stances seem ridiculous to me.
Yeah, some people may kill themselves after random insults from strangers on the internet, but that will have other, deeper lying issues which are the real cause. The insult will be just the last small link of a longer chain of events.
Sure, the rest will take the insult and not die from it, and we sure all have already suffered a lot worse throughout life, so we could just not care I guess.
But a lot of people see how things could be better than they are, and I don't see a reason why one cannot discuss the topic at least. |
Yes, this is a big issue to me as well. Surely not exclusive to CoH2 community, but it seems quite bad here. Usually small communities seem to be nicer from my experience, but this doesn't seem to be the case for this game.
Not sure what can be done about it though. The ordinary person can only try to behave as well as possible oneself. Forum administrators and moderators can only ensure a friendly atmosphere in their forum, livestreamers can only take care of their own behaviour on stream and of their chats. Surely there is still a bit room for improvement left in all these areas.
However, for the biggest source of problems (which is the actual in-game chat), only Relic can punish people who frequently misbehave, but sadly here the least will happen. I think you can already report players per mail, but as long as there is no in-game function for that and you get no feedback on if the reports have any effect, no one will make use of that, which makes it pointless. |
