These placement matches agains 20k rank players makes everything feel OP. If you had trouble against 15 snipers, perhaps hard AI is too much for you? Dear Katiof, I sense much butthurt in this one. I agree at first I was playing noobs, but playing better players gave the same results. I am going to play longer but I hardly see how I can be stopped(hyperbole). The fact is you can build 15 snipers, or 15 maxims and be competitive-ish as Soviets because of call ins. Fortunately I endlessly strafed his endless guard/sniper blobs . The feeling of a kv8 rushing a base and roasting every unit in its vicinity is no feel any German unit can achieve. Followed by Is2 decimating infantry and tanks alike. Or having an isu vaporizing infantry from a safe distance. Those are things I dream Ostheer could do. In: COH2 Balance

Soviets feel so easy I say Im sorry when I am rushing peoples bases with streams of kv8s. I accidentally played Germans for one game and barely held off someone who built 15 snipers, guards and 3 t34/85 group call ins. In: COH2 Balance

The problem is that you cannot exploit the weakness of the Elefant (= infantry) because there is no Soviet infantry with strong enough AT capabilities to take it out. The Elefant lets you dominate all armor, thus your Ostwind or whatever can kill all inf without worrying about tanks. I know they are doctrinal but Soviets get shreks as well. I am reminded of this everytime my tiger has to run from a blob of at partisans. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Thoughts about new patch4 May 2014, 00:45 AM I've been playing Sovs all day, and man they feel like easy mode. The first couple of games were vs noobs but the last 5 were against decent players. i was just trying to farm mg bulletins but ended up winning every match by just spamming maxims up to their base, then a endless stream of inc barrage, kv8s, and is2s. I have yet to face an elefant but have faced what Panthers they could manage to buy. Think Im gonna stick with Sovs for a minute to see why Sov players feel Germans are so massively op. Thread: ISU-1522 May 2014, 00:22 AM I dont think ranged accuracy should be the nerf, it should be in rear armor and close range penetration. The problem is even if you get close to these things that out range everything, they are still hard to kill, except with other heavies. I think at close range,frontal shots and rear armor shots against them should have higher penetration values than current ones. In: COH2 Balance
