I'm having the same trouble with my grenadiers, since they seem to be the only unit which throws grenades with "x" instead of "y" (despite some special nades). But I dont think there s a way to solve that problem besides getting accustomed to press "x" when playing wher. Autohotkey at least doesn't seem like a solution without increasing complexity into unplayablity. In: Lobby

Been playing this game from vcoh days, unfortunately didn’t have too much time for CoH2 so far, but til beginning of 2016 I will have some evenings off to go full Fatherland. Preferred game mode: 2v2 Requirements: I’m a friendly and very casual guy, I like playing this game with a mixture of historical appreciation and competitiveness, I like discussing strategy or talk about mistakes to improve, but always with a smile. So I guess identifying yourself with this attitude helps. English is preferred language, I have a TS server. My skill is a bit rusty, but can be built upon. I was lvl 12-14 1v1 all factions in CoH1. The average player I guess. Preferred time to play: GMT evening-ish, living in Germany. Preferred faction: I “can” play all factions, but I fell in love with the OKW. And I would lower its penetration first, it doesn't need to be as effective against lights, but 2 bursts against kubel seem alright. Yes, but there is an order of things. And I feel like armored cars (222, flaktruck, Puma, etc.) should have and advantage against "MG-trucks". Right now it seems like a soviet truck becomes the ruler of the early-midgame destroying infantry and AC's alike. And it comes in a tier where the other vehicles are actual "tanks". M5 should be a strong AI-only platform in my opinion. With SU76 being the AT option and T70 the middle way. Your suggestion though goes exactly into my direction of thinking. In: COH2 Balance

There are people at the top of the leaderboards who can beat number 1 axis players with USF. It's just a different playstyle but it is NOT impossible. I'm not even going to explain the many ways you can overcome axis because I know that once people gain an opinion they won't shake it off However! You have to remember that there are people every day winning games against axis with USF.. even at top level play. I fully agree with you, I also dont think USF is a fundamentally weak faction. But its very boring and tedious to play. It feels like one micro-intense clusterfuck of a playstyle with a lot of units lacking a distinctly defined and unique purpose (m20, LT, captain, howie, etc.). In: COH2 Balance
Thread: USF - Worst faction in COH History25 Jul 2015, 07:23 AM Jump back to quoted post25 Jul 2015, 04:05 AMMr. Someguy I played a lot of CoH1 and I don't think I've ever seen Engineers kill anything except other Pioneers or Panzergrenadiers (which where purposely made vulnerable to Engineers). Seeing Engineers and Pioneers killing Grenadiers and Conscripts was one of the first things I noticed in CoH2, they could actually fight. US meta in vcoh centered often around bar'd rifles with flamer-engies support. USF in coh2 has no such support unit anymore since RE are just useless in fighting, besides some minor dps in super early game. Not sure where you got stuck. In: COH2 Balance
