What trips me out, and I only learned this yesterday, is that many of these commanders have abilities that unlock at the same time. Like Joint Operations... gives you the last 3 abilities all at 4CP. I found that kinda odd
I don't see what's so odd behind it. For an example, if there was a commander that had like 3x CP 1 abilities, it would highlight more of a focus around early-game momentum. Joint Operations reaches his apex around mid-late game, with just some minor early-game buffs.
