Being able to "storm" buildings would be cool.
As would having an interactive interior for buildings. Shoot a hole in the wall with a panzerschreck then charge through
I think buildings are pretty cool already, with the window mechanic, and if you blow a hole in a house with your panzershrek, there is already a hole which units can use too shoot out of^^ |
i wish there was a way to make resources work better in 2v2 3v3 4v4 maybe the more people the less resources you get
and i also think that alot of casuals love spamming units and something that alot of players did in coh1 and loved it so taking that way might be sad for them.
I totally agree^^ The Fix for 3v3/4v4 balance would be to make it so that everyplayer gets as much income as he would in a 1v1. But on the other hand: Thats why people play 4v4!
ETShutter, would you approve my "fix" for 3v3/4v4? |
Happens to me also very often (but only at the start of the game when giving the pios a shift order to cap after builidng T1). After that it never happens during the game. |
I think relic should advertise his game, not only to the ppl who actually play the game, but steam main store page helps a lot.
Well, they had the Free to play Weekend, in additon to the CoH2 vs Rome battle, which was good promotion on Steam. It was also featured in the big panels at the top when it came out.
But yeah )= CoH is not that well known. |
[...] Anybody who knows Relic will know it'll be some new units for currently exiting factions [...]
I wouldn'T count on it, especially because you can buy the new fations as "standalone".
(btw, retribution was also standalone so...^^) |
Everytime I read this I see:
"Aufbauch Ost" )= |
As a German Player I would have absolutly no problem, if tank performance vs shreks would be more reliable. But what you propose is too make the tanks stronger against Pgrens. |
First of all, no
the game name isnot Company of EasternFront Heroes, instead Company of Heroes 2, which dont need to be only in eastern front, instead it gives more than coh1(new engine etc..) not like between Call of Duty 11 and 12.
What? Wrong Thread? |
Makes really no sense with the cappingspeed now, I guess it was overlooked. Good someone brings it up. |
Prior to the patch, I think the BO and tactics were more stale especially with the Soviets. Most were just Conscript starts. Since the patch, I've seen a lot more variety with them. These include T1 and T2 starts along with a sprinkling of Cons.
I also see some variety in German starts but not as much, people tend to play it safer here although I have seen the German snipers more often. Considering we are getting Pio starts, AG starts, and Gren starts, isn't that varied? There really aren't many other options a Deutsch player has, no? We don't *want* HMG starts right? Plus regardless if the aforementioned starts, I see at least one HMG used and sometimes Mortars. Again isn't this varied?
My observations are for 1v1 and 2v2 and based not just on my experiences but in watching mTw streams, Dane, jesulin, Sage, JaminROCK, etc.
There is no question in my mind the game is more tactical now. People who don't use them get punished, as they should.
Still room for improvement but this patch seemed a big step forward. In addition all recent interviews with Relic have them stating the game will continue to be heavily supported, both Eastern Front and Western Armies. Their support to date is superior to their effort in vCoH.
