Thread: Jagdtiger + Tigers6 Sep 2014, 21:04 PM If the OKW has Scavange and he sees the b4 doc , he should choose scavange . When the Wehr player then picks something like Spearhead you can completly shut the b4s down , rendering the B4 rather useless as the Arty of scavange doc + recon runs pretty much wreck it. You wont see a Jadgtiger then ofc. So to actual counters , you are basicly forced to assault it. If you run the Guards/ISU doc , and you mate has some medium tanks you are good to go , if you manage to actually mark target + button the jagd its dead , also the Precision strike + button chops already half - 3/4 of its health - when marked it can even oneshot it if well aimed. Ofc thats quite ammo heavy In: Strategy Desk
Thread: OKW salvage operation.. on an MG!?!!?6 Sep 2014, 18:59 PM You can salvage abandoned vehicles , yes . you can also salvage wrecks that are burned out twice ( wrecks that did not explode ) . There a few wrecks on maps you can salvage . T34 wrecks on maps are salvageable and there is an atg wreck on la gleize south that is also salvageable In: COH2 Gameplay

Brumbars and Tigers also achieve some occasional squad wipe. I think is more a problem of the units pathing and behaviour than balance of the tanks. pretty much this , unit pathing is so fucked up - they clump together all the way and get reckt In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Countering pure Con spam25 Aug 2014, 18:17 PM It is easily counterable. cons outright suck vs OKW - and here is how to deal with it. Make sure you scan the sov base in FOW early ( no building = conspam ) If you see that either select Scavange or an MG34 commander. Get like 4 volks and go t2 - t4 into fast luchs ( make sure to use minesweepers ) Dont lose the luchs. make sure you have raketen/jagd und shrecked up volks ready for the incoming t34/85 ( rougly 18-22 minutes depending on the fights/map/commander ( 1 or 2 t34 call in ) Throw in some obers to deal with the cons. Thats about it. The conspam is actually very readable strategy. In: OKW Strategies
