I have some problems in late game to counters this combo in 2v2. How do you deal with the Combo of Jagdtigr and Tiger on small 2v2 maps? I think only AT gun spam is an option since its very hard to flank without having way more Tanks.
What do you use against this combo?

yeah the B4 is pretty good. I've lost in a game yesterday, against this howitzer my tiger and a PZ4.

Thats why when you see B4's coming, you need luftwaffe doctrines inmediately

If the OKW has Scavange and he sees the b4 doc , he should choose scavange .
When the Wehr player then picks something like Spearhead you can completly shut the b4s down , rendering the B4 rather useless as the Arty of scavange doc + recon runs pretty much wreck it.
You wont see a Jadgtiger then ofc.
So to actual counters , you are basicly forced to assault it. If you run the Guards/ISU doc , and you mate has some medium tanks you are good to go , if you manage to actually mark target + button the jagd its dead , also the Precision strike + button chops already half - 3/4 of its health - when marked it can even oneshot it if well aimed. Ofc thats quite ammo heavy

So i will give the B4 a try as soon as i see Panzerfüsiliere. I hope it wont delay the shocks (
