i find the exact opposite. fausts are pretty much required to kill the wc51. schrecks on volks dont come soon enough and the raketen is too much of a gamble. id much rather be wehrmacht than okw vs wc51

I think the wc51 has too much power in the early stages, you might argue spending 20 fuel on this thing is fine since it slows your tech however that you can just drive to the cutoffs vs OKW players makes this thing so rewarding that it actually has no drawback getting it as you will make up for the 20 fuel by fuel starving the opponent.

Maybe a slight fuel increase on the wc51 would help , since it would come a bit later , i dont think the thing itself is OP , but it needs some tweaking since all you can do when you face it early is retreat or be garrisoned. so i think if you delay its time of arrival that would help abit.

At shadow get your facts straight , nearly every top player uses this doc over rifle doc - why is that ? because it boosts the US early even more so .

I can once again only try to make you guys take a look at my post again.
While there is no hard counter to snipers in the OKW arsenal smart play can deal with t1 . Soviet t1 is not broken and okw can actually deal with it , even though it might be hard. If i face soviet t1 again tomorrow ill hand you a replay . Also for an alternate strat refere to Barton vs Cruzz . you can see there is room to work with . that game was decided by sloppy play ( happend on both sides , which made it an entertaining game ) , yet you can learn alot from it

I recently encountered alot of t1 play against me .
so make sure you check for the russian base soon enough (you can see base buildings in the fow).

T1 usually means fast m3 followed by snipers or instant snipers.

What i do is either take Breakthrough or scavange doc - if i see an ISU doc i like to go breakthrough for obvious reasons - but you can also deal with it quite well with puma/jagdpanzer.
Then i get t3 asap since you actually get a puma out faster than 2 cps .

In the early game you can outcap the russian t1 you should use that to your advantage , build 3 volks and use the pio to cap and stay away from the sniper or set up flanks if possible.

Stuka can be worth it instantly , but will be tricky to kill snipers vs experienced players.
I completely dislike Flak HT , set up time just gets it killed if you use it offensively.

so yeah - if you manage to not bleed too much in the early game ( volks reinforce doesnt hurt too much ) your lategame will be better , especially if you manage to keep your fuel investments alive.

A strat that also is quite good is going t2-t4 and get a fast luchs - that can come by 9-11 minutes depending on your fuelcontrol .

OKW is all about countering/reacting to the enemy teching choices

Actually rushing a Kt is insanely strong. You can keep yourself in a good spot with a puma + 2 püppchen and shrecked volks . the Kt is incredibly strong and will come out pre 30 minutes even if you build a puma . But as i pointed out before it depends on how the game is going , what you guys say about jagd/panther is certianly not wrong at all . you have to go for either one if you want to counter their armor

A good replay would be good.

Here we go .

Basicly i reacted to his tech choices and his playstyle , when Russians play on early tanks you have to adapt and maybe get a panther or a jagdpanzer out as it can be quite a hussle to only use püppchen & volks to deal with russian tanks , especially if the Russian uses t34/85.

However you can see i used a quite well balanced army , nontheless this game is a bit unconventional as he does not really play a meta russian strat
