Rare commanders as war spoil drop?

Is it just me or does it seem like rare commanders are never given in war spoil drops? I received so many uncommon commanders (many duplicates) but never a rare commander.

Has anyone received a rare commander?

I received a rare US forces commander once (the Recon Support Company) even though I rarely play as US.

This is why I spent $12 total and just bought them all when they came out. Now I don't care what drops ever again and can play in peace.

Thanks for the feedback.

If I remember correctly I also received some okw and usf commanders when the system was first introduced, but I can't check those since I don't have WFA.

Yeah thats so funny. I am not getting many bulletins, but faceplates and commanders. I've bought elite troop a couple of month ago and now I got this commander 2 times. My mate bought the scavenger commander and after the second game!!! exactly this commander dropped from the war spoiler system
