If the medic come live as a squad, i will rather built forward assembly in the base. I already doing so, nothing change.

And how we are supposed to counter that

This Commander is late game focus, so fist thing you can do is gaining advantage in early to mid game, make use of UKF early game weakness.

If the game come to later stage, assuming ukf player can built up an idea formation of a churchill cs, a firefly and an aec command vehicle. With the same amount of resources, you can afford 2 panther and focus down the firefly, or simply go ele/jagtiger to hard counter all of his armor. As okw, you also have the option of spamming jagpanzer and focus the firefly.

If he go for more than 1 churchill or firefly, the remain pop wont allow a large infantry force so you can gain more map control by spread out and avoid fighting head on with his main force.

This is an ideal of mine, insprited by 9th Royal tank regiment, one of the fist units to be equiped with churchill tank and participated in many major opertions on the westen front.

ROYAL TANK REGIMENT: Focus on heavy armor gameplay for AI support.

0CP - Close support tank: Upgrade for churchill heavy tank to act as close support tank. Cost 100mp - 15fu, give the churchill tank gun frofile of the 105mm sherman dozer. IRL, This represent the churchill Mk VIII CS tank - a churchill mk VII gun tank refitted with 95mm howizer. In game,this upgrade offer strong AI power on a verry durrable platfom, can combine with AT support from firefly and command vehicle aura to form a very strong armour formation.

*NOTE: this upgade can be consider bettwen 105 dozer gun profile, or swich-able HE round like sherman 75.

1CP - Recovery sapper: Further support armour play with bonus repair speed, built in sweeper and can salvage wrecks to make up loses.

3CP - Designated command vehicle: Provide air recon and buff for armour formation.

6CP - Vehicle crew repair: To qickly push those damaged heavy tank back in to action.

10CP - Precision Barrage: Taken from cancer regiment. This is a good ability that currently being wasted by staying only in a dead commander.

There's a huge difference from a 400mp unit coming out at 5min having no micro and a 400mp and 50fuel one once at vet 1being able to shoot at units that barrage if it's not already on cool down.

Wanna know how to make CB useless? Get a mortar and fire it before you fire your Katy. It'll draw the fire and you can just move it.

still, it require no input rather than get to vet1. take a loock at cancer regiment's base howi counter battery, it have limited range, sometime dont work and lockout production, yet still being a timer and cost muni to use. It used to be togger but was change for good reasons, it is time for axis counter batt to change, too.
