The sandbag blocking is bug banned in tournaments and yet its not fixed and you can abuse it in automatch. If something is in game you have to deal with it, even if its game breaking bug. I am not 100% sure if that's true or not because I haven't tried it myself nor do I know how or have the time but going by his experienced words I am guessing that it's how he says it. For me it'd be best to include the Pershing and E8 in a commander so they don't overshadow each other and fix the E8 like they did with the 76 Sherman. The problem with this is that 76mm wasnt really fixed. Its still barely used and not very good. I think balance team dont really have any idea what to do with the 76mm and e8. If they turned 76mm into standard medium tank like t34/85 and p4 (ok vs armor and inf) and then made e8 more like panther/comet (good armor and hp, good penetration but low reload speed and anti inf performance) then we could use these tanks in new commanders to make them good. Unit and Ability Roster Slot 1: M4A3E2 Jumbo Assault Tank Available from Battalion Command Post at 0CP Cost somewhere between KV1 and Churchill, same with performance Cant use smoke, but can be immobilized for increased attack speed Uses same model as 76mm Sherman but with sanbags on front and sides and maybe some special skin (please tell me its possible to do) Slot 2: Cavalry Riflemen Call in unit, available from 1CP Slot 3: Off Map Smoke Barrage Available at 1CP Identical to Heavy Cavalry smoke barrage Slot 4: 155mm Artillery Barrage Available at 8CP Costs 180 Munitions Identical to WC51 arty Slot 5: P47 Anti-Infantry Strafe Available at 12CP Costs 180 munitions Same performance as soviet IL2 loiter Strategies and Rational USF armor is mostly very fragile and its hard to tackle axis defenses in late game without taking heavy loses. Sherman Jumbo allows you to take some punishment from enemy AT while also slowly taking on enemy defenses. Cav rifles with smoke barrage have easier time dealing with mg nests and bunkers. Anti infantry strafe keeps enemy blobs in check, while 155mm artillery can rapidly destroy any emplacements. Additional Context Its a shame that we dont have Jumbo in COH2 yet. Its very iconic tank and was very successful at its assault tank role. I hope its possible to add sandbags to 76mm Sherman so its easily distiguishable, since in reality these tanks were very similar in appearance. Maybe even some special skin if there is any available. I reinforce my argument, pfaust from min 0 for volks in exange for WASP unlocked, since the latter is meant to counter team weapons and garrisons Edit: Not to mention that raketten means ZERO AI but WASP enjoy burning alive anything that runs on its feet, or in other words 95% of the units in the earlygame. Raketten means a bad if not terrible and risky early game investment. Edit2: @OP if you really want to promote a change you need to elaborate, i mean, everyone here complaints but no one does the dirty job of listening and pruposing something good in return... You are right my friend, here is my proposition: remove the platoon cp requirement for wasp upgrade. Its stupid and limits the usage of bren carrier. Also brits are probably the worst faction to clear garrisons nondoctrinaly so they could get at least wasp upgrade that is not artificially delayed (you still need 75 muni wich is a lot). The Vickers upgrade isn't locked though. But they can get sturmpio shreck or raketten without teching... In: COH2 Balance
