I tried a rebuild, but that didn't change anything. The tools didn't gave me any warnings while building. I edit and build the mod. 2. I can confirm that the .sga file has a new modified date and a slightly larger size. 3. I launch the game. 4. The file has the date of the day when I published it and a slightly smaller size. So it has been replaced with the published version, but I'm not subscribed on my own mod. All help is appreciated!
