Yes I am sure it wasn´t just a model glitch. Since it happened to many vehicles in the Alpha. This in combination with the multitude of different damage possibilities that vehicles could get that they cut, shows that they aimed for a more in depth damage model.
Anyhow, is it just me or did the game play a lot better back then, and it looked better, I don't know how to explain it exactly but I'd rather play the Alpha than the current version for some odd reason.

For me it would be the more damaged vehicle models. I remember a game on release where my ostwind lost half its 'turret'.
I also miss triple 5% armor bulletins for OKW P4.
And I miss su85s on launch, death cannons.
And of course I can't forget multiple heavies per player on the field coming together on Steppes and having a huge Kurks like fight on the island. |

yeep, and luckily as ostheer I have Tigers, Panzerwerfer, turbo mortars, cheap 222, best defensive mg in T0 and other goodies...

Panzerwerfer lol? Going t4 as ostheer in a 1v1? Get out of here, that won't happen 99% of the matches. Best defensive mg in T0? You mean that one that gets countered by 6 men infantry squads with flamethrowers, USF mortar and mortar pit? Cheap 222? What can it do? If you spam 222s you will never get armor out in any important timeframe. Other goodies? Tiger? NOt worht it, rather get 2 stugs. |
im rank 29 with Imagelessbean in 2vs2 with axis. Bean is using the tiger ace almost 40% of the games and we never lost. it a very powerfull units, in good hands.

I was watching Dane's cast yesterday, Nosliw vs Donnie.
Donnie's Matress did literally nothing.
It just relies on lucky/unlycku rocet landing excatly on enemy, since scatter is so big.
I have watch Dane's casts often. 9/10 times the turbomattress seals the deal and wipes so fucking many 4 men squads and weapon teams that there is no coming back from it. |
